There is a Planning Board meeting Thursday, May 25 at 5pm at the Town Hall to discuss the use (or creation of) an easement between Megan’s Way and 10 Great Rock Road for purposes of building a new single family dwelling.According to the map, the properties are off Edgartown-VH Road by the MV Family Campground. Gary Harcourt, Kathryn Harcourt and Geraldine McMenimen SPECIAL PERMIT
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 11, M.G.L., the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday May 25, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Lower Level Meeting Room, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs on the application of Gary and Kathryn Harcourt of 19 Morgan Luce Way, Oak Bluffs for a special permit under section 11 of the Oak Bluffs Zoning By-Laws, Definitions, “Lot, Frontage of”, to access 10 Great Rock Road, assessor’s map and parcel 26-5, currently owned by Geraldine McMenimen, zoned R-3, from Megan’s Way via a 30 foot wide deeded easement, for construction of a single family dwelling.
A copy of the plan and application is on file with the Planning Board and Building Department in their offices in Town Hall, 56 School Street Oak Bluffs, and may be inspected between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
